Service agreement

The studio art-bots (art-bots.ru) provides the Client with Telegram-bot design, launch and care, including a web admin and agreed integrations.

The Client is the person who sent a request via the site or @art_bots_bot and paid the invoice.

This is the standard service agreement. After the brief, scope, time and price are locked in an annex (brief, quote or invoice). Paying the invoice accepts the agreement and the annex.

Telegram and email correspondence with info@art-bots.ru form part of the contract file.

Package: a ready core, the Client’s copy, web admin, 1–2 integrations, launch.

Custom: own roles and branches, several systems, a harder API, operator handoff.

Care: hosting, watch, agreed script edits, core API updates.

Core launch is from 14 working days unless the annex says otherwise.

The result is accepted if the Client sends no reasoned remarks within 5 working days of receiving bot access.

The price is in the annex. Site ranges (from 45,000 ₽ package, from 79,000 ₽ custom, care from 8,500 ₽/mo) are not an invoice.

Build: 50–70% upfront, balance before access. Care is monthly in advance from the first full month after launch.

A new large script branch is outside care and is quoted separately.

Exclusive rights to the custom script, copy and Client settings pass to the Client after the build is paid in full.

The studio core, libraries, admin shell and shared components stay with art-bots. The Client may use them inside the paid bot.

Neither party discloses correspondence, credentials, the Client’s customer data or commercial terms, except as required by law or to run Telegram, hosting and payments.

The studio is not liable for Telegram, banks or third-party APIs, nor for the Client’s actions in the admin after handover.

Total liability is capped at the amount actually paid by the Client in the last 3 months.

Either party may end care with 14 days’ notice. A build prepayment is not refunded once work has started, minus unfinished work as agreed.

After termination the studio exports bot data on request within 10 working days.
